How to translate your paper based Tazkira

Afghan citizens residing in Sweden and Finland, who hold a valid national ID (Tazkira), can submit the mentioned document to the consular section of the embassy for standard translation. The consular section will review and verify the document, and if it is genuine and without defects, the translation will be done based on the original text.

Required Documents​
  1. The applicant must bring the original Tazkira with them.
  2. The applicant must provide two photos with a white background.

  3. The appropriate online form needs to be completed, and its code must be submitted. For filling the online form please click [here].

  4. The service fee must be transferred to the specified bank account.

Translation of Tazkira

The translation version of tazkira will be issued on the same day after completing the following steps:

  • Fee: The translation of Tazkira fee is SEK 1,100 or EUR 100. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
  • Same-day issuance: Once all requirements are fulfilled, the certificate will be issued the same day during working hours.
