It is a great honor to assume my duties as the Chargé d’affaires of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Stockholm starting January 1, 2025.While expressing my gratitude for the services of my predecessor, Ambassador Abbas Noyan, my mission is founded on the following three fundamental principles:

1. ‏Establishing constructive and effective engagement with the host country and its relevant institutions, 
2. Ensuring the utmost integrity in safeguarding Afghanistan Embassy’s assets and properties, 
3. Dedicating myself to addressing the needs and providing high-quality consular services to my fellow Afghans in Sweden, Finland. 

‏With the grace of Almighty Allah and the support of my esteemed compatriots, I hope to fulfill this important responsibility to the best of my ability.
